საჯარო აუქციონის შედეგები
მოგესალმებით საჯარო დაწესებულების საქართველოს ეკონომიკისა და მდგრადი განვითარების სამინისტრო საჯარო ინფორმაციის გაცემაზე პასუხისმგებელ პირს.
საქართველოს კონსტიტუციისა და საქართველოს ზოგადი ადმინისტრაციული კოდექსის შესაბამისად, გთხოვთ, მომაწოდეთ შემდეგი სახის საჯარო ინფორმაცია:
სააქციო საზოგადოება „თბილლითონნაწარმის“ (საიდენტიფიკაციო კოდი: 206027155) აქციების სახელმწიფოს საკუთრებაში არსებობისა და მათი შემდგომი გასხვისების შესახებ.
კერძოდ, გთხოვთ მომაწოდოთ:
1. ინფორმაცია 2010 წელს ჩატარებული აუქციონის შესახებ, რომლის შედეგადაც გასხვისდა სს „თბილლითონნაწარმის“ აქციები.
2. ინფორმაცია, თუ როდის და რა სამართლებრივი საფუძვლით ირიცხებოდა სახელმწიფოს საკუთრებაში აღნიშნული საზოგადოების აქციები;
3. საჯარო აუქციონის ჩატარების შესახებ დოკუმენტაცია (აუქციონის ოქმი);
